The Director is responsible for planning, directing and overall management of the Agency's physical facilities and related services; renovation and construction projects, maintenance of facilities and landscape, housekeeping and sanitation, as well as oversight of the transportation manager and associated tasks.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive facilities management experience and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers, vendors and service providers while handling competing priorities. Demonstrated experience in constructionoversight and considerable knowledgeof heating, cooling and electrical systems, building/grounds/equipment maintenance is required.
