Position Description

Directs the prioritization and delivery of multiple programs and resources; Responsible for managing an entire department and the associated budget; Manages relationship with top business management as the key driver of strategic plan for build out of business system capabilities; Implements IT governance Accountable for delivery of work from all suppliers for multiple programs, including risk, quality, change management, schedule, and financial management; Accountable for work orders/cost estimates to/from suppliers and user acceptance; Manages achievement of SLA with suppliers; Oversees communication, escalation, and financial impact management, when SLAs are not met.

Position Requirements

Responsible for Business Intelligence Domain area, likely Customer Analytics, including ownership of key business relationships, strategic direction, project delivery, operational excellence, and budget management.

Oversees regional / local planning on a mid term basis and owns budget of multiple cost centers or of a single large cost center. Executes strategic plans. Identifies and pursues business and efficiency opportunities. Improves organizational governance (e.g. optimizes processes). Handles specific customer challenges of internal (& external)business partners, identifies trends to determine potential future customer needs. Carries out strategic human resource management and leads a senior group of managers and/or specialists. Contributes to global strategic planning on a long term basis. Identifies and pursues significant business and efficiency opportunities• Governance: Defines organizational governance (e.g. sets up new processes and guidelines). Is able to built relationships with internal (& external) business partners in order to create new solutions.

Coordinates delivery of work from all suppliers involved in a small scale / sub-project; Facilitates issue resolution; Reviews and approves vendor invoices/expenditures. Works with business unit to define critical business needs and arranges appropriate sources.
Is responsible for project level planning, monitoring and reporting on project performance. Signs off on project deliverables; Performs internal project close down; Conducts Post-Implementation Reviews. Liaisons with the Application Architecture team, ISP, third parties, as necessary• Performs as the team lead / supervisor, where assigned.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

At least 10 years IT experience focused in Data Warehousing and/or Business Intelligence (BI) domains.
Experience managing medium to large BI delivery teams to successful project completion.
Experience fostering business discussions around BI/analytics needs, and developing responsive proposals.
Experience in Customer data integration and analytics

Bachelors degree or equivalent or specific Relevant experience

Experience Requirements

Level IV: 6 years in IT environment, including 3 years in a managerial role or 1 year as a Program Manager Level III

Special Skills Requirements

May require occasional traveling regionally or globally Requested Language Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in local language
English: Level-4: Able to participate in and facilitate discussions with complex content. Composes reports with almost no grammatical errors and can communicate proficiently.
