Duties and Responsibilities
Qualified candidates will be responsible for various office support tasks that may include:
- Creating and maintaining applicable charts, graphs, spreadsheets, databases, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office products.
- Answering / returning telephone calls, providing and relaying information from various sources.
- Processing appropriate information in order to meet scheduled deadlines.
- Setting up conference calls, meetings, and travel arrangements, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, good typing skills, good oral and written communication skills, as well as good organizational and follow-up skills (detail oriented).
You must also have previous similar work experience in order to be considered for these positions.
