The District Coordinator (DC) is a part-time employee opportunity. It is a key part of the district team and is responsible for overseeing all office management and clerical functions for the district office. The DC will report to the District Broker (DB) and do all administrative and non-agent management duties of the district.
ZAP (ZipRealty's CRM) file/transaction training and management (listing, offers, closings)
Ensure completeness of listing files for DB review and approval or amendment and agent follow-up
Ensure completeness of closing documentation for DB review and approval or amendment, and required agent follow-up
Maintain availability of marketing, recruiting and other required ZipRealty materials
Maintain availability of office supplies, as required to enable business to function smoothly
Organize team meetings, virtual meetings, conference calls and agent recognition events
Maintain all compliance records
Prepare all reports and communications required by corporate and assist DB with preparation of monthly operational review metrics and associated report
Real estate license required
Broker license preferred
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel and ideally ZAP
1-2 years real estate experience required
Non-Exempt; 20 hours per week
