Nestlé, the world's leading FMCG company, is looking for a highly motivated professional for the District Development Manager - Georgia.

Functional responsibilities:
Set up merchandising guidelines and control of effective usage.

Implement the account priorities in the area including trade promotion management.

Maintain high level contact with the local customers.

Set up customers’ targets, strategy and their implementation in line with channel strategy.

Review credit limits of the local clients, monitor their credibility and payment morality (bank guarantee).

Increase distribution level and market share in channels.

Ensure products listing in the KA channel.

Monitor our competitors’ activities with our clients.

Co-operate with local distributor’s salesperson.

Control customer sales plan.

Communicate effectively with NiM services departments (linked to customers, trade support - CCSD).

Management responsibilities :
Lead, control, evaluate and motivate subordinated employees.

Propose trainings and career development plans for direct subordinates.

Evaluate and control merchandise’s journey plan.

Manage and control MOGEs and TTS expenses.

Knowledge & Skills:
Required: Upper intermediate English (B2)

Strong negotiation skills

Presentation skills

Territory management

Knowledge of given area incl. Key accounts, Wholesale accounts and local clients

Individualist as well as team player

Decision making ability/courage

Good understanding of sales and marketing

Qualifications & Experience:
University degree

Min. 3 years of experience in sales

Min. 1 year of experience with leading people in sales
