We are currently seeking a District Manager for our Fluid Management Services location in Crane, TX.

  • Managing all business activities of his/her cost center or area of operations
  • Conferring with customers to promote the sale of district’s lines of business and to broaden customer-base and markets
  • Maintaining follow-up to ensure customer expectations are met, maintained and operating within Key Safety and Operational guidelines
  • Ensuring safety and environmental compliance, as well as overseeing daily field operations
  • Managing and developing plans for efficient use of equipment and materials, as well as directing personnel activities
  • Managing R & M expenses and other major costs of doing business
  • Managing product and service quality for district
  • Supervising direct reports and assisting in daily operations functions which include personnel decisions regarding hiring, training, placement, discipline and terminations
  • Directing safety program activities as well as implementing policies, procedures and programs
  • Tracking revenue and expenses for district and all other duties as assigned
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in an Operations Managers position
  • Minimum of four (4) years in a supervisory or managerial position and environment
  • Ability to analyze and assess financial reports
  • Above average to excellent performance in current position
  • Strong understanding of Key Energy Services Safety Processes
  • Knowledge of company and government rules and regulations relative to the industry
  • Knowledge of and experience in the well servicing or related oil and gas industry
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Experience in managing multiple locations
