District Manager - South Region (Indianapolis, IN, Western OH, Eastern IL)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
This position develops strong relationships with a network of Dealers within a specified territory to sell Kawasaki vehicles. Assists with the implementation and management of marketing and sales programs, ensures optimal brand exposure to maximize wholesale and retail sales and consults with dealers on a daily basis to implement strategies to enhance the dealer body and market penetration of Kawasaki products.
2 yrs direct sales exp w/ comprehensive product and business knowledge in motorcycle/utility vehicle industry. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of MS Word & Excel & working knowledge of Lotus Notes is required. Must demonstrate the ability to achieve sales goals with minimum direct supervision. Strong work ethic, high energy level, strong communication and problem solving skills are mandatory. Extensive travel may be required.
