Job Skills/Requirements
This position will work from home and must be located in the Alabama area.
•Key Responsibilities:
٭ Responsible for growing sales and profitability of assigned areas by:
٭ Developing and maintaining relationships with current and new customers.

This position will work from home and must be located in the Alabama area.
•Key Responsibilities:
٭ Responsible for growing sales and profitability of assigned areas by:
٭ Developing and maintaining relationships with current and new customers.
٭ Secures and renews orders and performs other selling activities.
٭ Demonstrating company services/products to customers through personal meetings, seminars and surveys.
٭ Informing customers of supply and price and supply trends offering expertise with inventory control and product availability.
٭ Calls on existing or potential customers to establish and maintain relationships.
٭ Maintains records in RSO and submits timely reports on all phases of activities, included but not limited to call reports, as required by management.
٭ Keeps informed of changes in assigned territory that might affect product sales. Gathers and shares information regarding competitive product development total customer satisfaction as measured by established criteria.
٭ Maintains a teamwork philosophy with other departments to facilitate problem solving and provide good customer service.
٭ Displaying strong interpersonal skills with proven success in building successful national and remote sales teams.
٭ Required travel of 30%.
•Knowledge/Experience:
٭ Understanding and experience with high value added product selling, pricing, negotiating and channel management.
٭ Experienced in making a transition from a product sale to a solution sale.
٭ Ability to communicate and sell both products and value concepts at all organizational levels.
٭ Be able to synthesize various input and ideas into relevant and clear strategies and secure buy-in from diverse teams in order to implement them.
٭ Must understand the importance and role of brand in building a profitable business, and have experience in product management and P&L management.
٭ A history of consistently delivering on expectations for growth and profitability must be demonstrated.
٭ Must have experience in providing strategic direction for the development of targeting marketing and promotional campaigns designed to achieve specific growth objectives.
•Formal Education Requirement:
٭ University degree in Business or related degree.
٭ Good working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
٭ Strong technical aptitude.
