District Sales Rep-Specification Sales
Collaborate with architects/engineers and lighting designers to upsell the Philips Lighting product portfolio and create sales opportunities.
• Provides expertise on Lighting Solutions with the specifier and architect community.
• Initiates and negotiates tailor made actions.
• Ensures availability of goods/deliverables in cooperation with order desk and logistics.
• Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing, Engineering or work experience in lieu of degree.
3+ years sales experience
Extensive knowledge of the lighting business and in-depth knowledge of products and applications.
Lighting Certified Preferred
LED Certified Preferred
LEED Certified Preferred
Controls Certified Preferred
A proven track record in customer relationship building with architects, specifiers and industry associations.
Proven ability and track records of closing deals.
