The Department of Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago is recruiting a Chief for the Division of Gastroenterology/Hepatology.

Duties:
We seek an outstanding candidate at or above the Associate Professor level (rank/tenure commensurate with qualifications) with the leadership skills necessary to complement and expand a very strong basic science program with novel clinical translational approaches. The candidate will lead the Gastroenterology/Hepatology Division at the University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System and the Jesse Brown Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Qualifications:
MD with significant experience in gastroenterology required; candidate should have demonstrated excellence in either clinical or basic research.
