Job Description

Centralized Transaction Operations (CTO), which is aligned under corporate sector, provides a wide range of global operational support and services for retail, commercial, treasury, asset wealth management and credit card customers. CTO has approximately 3,500 employees.

Under the direction of Group Manager Lew Fischer, CTO is committed to a culture based on Shared Values and Behaviors. CTO is composed of four core operating functions; Acquisition Services, Information and Services, Control and Risk Management, and Payment Workflow Management. Within CTO, these groups are supported by Performance Consulting, Implementation Services and Communications groups.

Document Review Specialists…

Document Review Specialists:
Under minimal supervision makes independent decisions on typical transactions and or legal request based on specialized functional/technical knowledge and broader legal knowledge. Prepares tracks and ages documentation required to execute all types of state/federal/legal request. Applies legal requirements to regularly negotiate complex documentation. Works with state/federal agencies and attorney, along with in house attorneys when needed, on a wide range of issues related to the documentation. Has customer contact; follow ups directly with agencies on deficient documentation.

Exercise some judgment, but may require guidance from a senior staff for complex transactions and or legal request.

Hours: 7AM - 6 PM ( M,Tue,Th,Sat ) and potential other work days and frequent overtime as business processing

needs require.

Qualifications

Data Entry & 10-key experience required

  • Have excellent attention to detail and concern for all aspects of the job
  • Are able to evaluate and analyze data from multiple sources in a fast-paced environment
  • Adapt to changing needs & deadlines and remain calm when under pressure
  • Are focused on the customer
  • Are passionate & knowledgeable about legal documents and keeping up on latest industry trends
  • Have amazing communication and personal skills
  • Minimum 1 year Customer Assist-CA experience strongly preferred
  • At least two to three years of experience reviewing financial or legal documentation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional attitude
  • Extremely organized and able to handle multiple assignments and competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently as a team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of an organization both internally an externally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
