Purpose : To plan, organize and control production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.
Candidate will work with Account Executive and a Discovery team to provide technical information and support on projects from concept to delivery. This is a full-time production operational environment position that is responsible for the conversion of data and images to client specified final delivery media format using computer and application skills in Microsoft Access, VBA and other tools.
All new employee field operation employees will be hired on as Document Specialist (DS). The DS will need to pass all training procedures before they produce documents on their own. Document Specialists arerequired to meet all requirements for 6 months before being promoted.
Review and understand all instructions/terminology related to the work order.
Have knowledge of all resources and supplies needed to complete the instructions listed on the work order.
Perform all duties relating to the work order. This will include:
Print Blowbacks and assemble according to the instructions on the Work Order
- Ability to operate all copy/scan equipment
- Operate all finishing equipment which will include any binding (GBC, Spiral, Fastback/Tape) equipment.
- Create Custom Divider Tabs both by printing on the labels or by printing directly onto the tab.
- Ability to accurately bate label documents following the standards on the work order.
- Create and mount oversize exhibit boards.
The ability to accurately complete Production Tracking Sheets (PTS) and other paperwork.
Be able to meet the Copies/Images Per Hour % (CPH/IPH) Standard * Standards are listed below
Set up an imaging project. Create a case and creating necessary indexing fields.
Showcase the ability to not only scan, but import, insert, move and delete documents as needed.
Perform quality control inspections in all areas in productions at 100%
Ability to run basic processes such as document numbering, endorsing and ocr’ing.
Be able to process smaller scale projects such as exporting to pdf.
Complete all necessary billing information on the work order including all resources used.
Do all this efficiently while maintaining an organized and clean workstation.

Proficient with Windows Operating systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access). Exposure and use of FTP, LAW, IPRO and database familiarity.
LAW, IPRO, ADOBE working with TIFF, PDF and JPG images. Experience working with electronic files and mail storage.
