The Remediation Analyst’s role is to provide front-office functions with the proactive support that will ensure GBM clients are on-boarded to meet all required policies and regulations as it relates to the Dodd Frank initiative. The role of the Remediation Analyst is to work proactively with the business, Credit and Legal to make the Remediation process operate smoothly.
Ability to build relationships including interacting effectively with key internal and external clients
Manage multiple simultaneous requests in a high pressure, sales and client facing environment
Ability to independently research customer information using publicly available sources
Proactive, adaptable and self motivated
Work with Credit, Legal, and Sales to identify gaps and obtain required documentation
Maintain detailed tracking of file status and contact log to ensure issues with responsiveness are escalated and file is completed within appropriate timeframes
Identify and attend to potential risks or issues with the objective to resolve them effectively and with as little disruption to the client as possible
Ensure regulatory and policy requirements are fulfilled
Some experience in Operations or client onboarding role involving client or front office support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with file remediation and customer data maintenance activities preferred
