Responsible for ensuring superb customer service to donors and customers while receiving donated products. Facilitates delivery of product to production staff for processing.
Additional duties include sharing the mission message with donors and ensuring donor concerns and complaints are handled to the donor’s satisfaction.
- Less than High School education
- Six months customer service experience
Special Knowledge or Skills:
Able to stand/twist/bend/reach for two-hour periods of time and lift 65 pounds without assistance.
- Good decision making and communication skills
Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED
