The Test and Evaluation Organization of AMERICAN SYSTEMS currently has a contingent position for a Senior Operations Analyst Subject Matter Expert in support of a Quick Reaction Test project for Electro-Magnetic Battle Management CONOPS Development & Evaluation (E-CODE) at Eglin AF, FL.

Current policy, doctrine, and procedures do not provide a process to adequately conduct holistic spectrum control and electromagnetic battle management. The E-CODE QRT project is directed to validate a concept of operations (CONOPS) and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) for integrating combatant command/Joint Task Force (JTF) J2, J3, and J6 planning, tasking, coordination, and conflict resolution processes in a realistic, operational electromagnetic spectrum environment.

Candidates will provide E-CODE Operations Analysis support services to the E-CODE QRT Test Director and Task Manager for the research, development, testing, analysis, validation, publication, and integration of E-CODE CONOPS/TTP. Candidates will assess doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) deficiencies that hinder this process. Candidates will support test planning and analysis efforts to provide qualitative and empirical data analysis to support findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the joint operational communities in the form of E-CODE CONOPS/TTP. The test project is scheduled to run from April 2013 to March 2014. Limited travel throughout CONUS and possibly OCONUS may be required. The Air Force Joint Test and Evaluation Program Office (AFJO) is designated as the lead Operational Test Agency (OTA). USSTRATCOM is the lead sponsor and the Joint Electronic Warfare Center will provide SME support.
