The Test and Evaluation Organization of AMERICAN SYSTEMS currently has contingent position for Task Manager/Operations Analysts in support of a Quick Reaction Test project for Electro-Magnetic Battle Management CONOPS Development & Evaluation (E-CODE) at Eglin AF, FL.

Current policy, doctrine, and procedures do not provide a process to adequately conduct holistic spectrum control and electromagnetic battle management. The E-CODE QRT project is directed to validate a concept of operations (CONOPS) and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) for integrating combatant command/Joint Task Force (JTF) J2, J3, and J6 planning, tasking, coordination, and conflict resolution processes in a realistic, operational electromagnetic spectrum environment.

Candidate will serve as task manager/senior analyst providing operations analysis support services to the E-CODE Urgent QRT Test Director for the research, development, testing, analysis, validation, publication, and integration of E-CODE TTP, and related assignments as part of a team of military, government civilian, and contract analysts. The candidate will work closely with the Operations Research Systems Analyst ORSA/Test Planner, and Operations Analysts that will serve as researchers, and TTP developers to develop test procedures in accordance with DOT&E test methods as outlined by the JT&E handbook and specific SOW requirements. Candidate will be responsible for the implementation of products for the military customer that addresses the project's objectives, test concepts, and the end state methodology for institutionalizing the test products. Candidate will offer risk reduction strategies, and risk mitigation plans, and fully document existing processes, project enhancements, and test results. Responsible for all of the test deliverables for the project, E-CODE CONOPS and TTP, and other possibly DOTMLPF solutions. Provides management and leadership related to the execution of the test and works proactively with the QRT Test Director to define key issues for analysis, reporting, and implementation

Candidates will support test planning efforts to provide qualitative and empirical data analysis to support findings, conclusions, and recommendations on the effectiveness of the E-CODE TTP in support of Air Force Joint Test and Evaluation Program Office (AFJO) and USSTRATCOM. The test project is scheduled to run from April 2013 to March 2014. Limited travel throughout CONUS and possibly OCONUS may be required. AFJO is designated as the lead Operational Test Agency (OTA).
