POSITION PURPOSE -
The eContent Data Processing Associate's role is to work with and provide support for the eContent team. Individuals must have a knack for problem solving, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands for time, and the skills to produce precise and accurate work. Product knowledge is a must, and the position will also require the eContent Data Processing Associate to take initiative and proactively develop the knowledge and skills needed to provide both the team and our customers with what they need, while maintaining the same "knock your socks off" attitude and "improve what you touch" mentality that's made YOW what it is today.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -
75% Work with the eContent team, Marketing, and the Merchant team to gather product data and images from vendors.
15% Assist the eContent team, Sales, and Customer Service with the assessment and fulfillment of customer data requests.
10% Report customer feedback to the eContent team, acting as a liason between the customer and the team with respect to data where neccessary.
NATURE AND SCOPE -
Position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor
No direct responsibility for supervising others.

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a associate's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
