E-Learning Account and Project professionals in Pennsylvania

Responsibilities:

: Create and manage project timelines in MS Project
: Work with team leaders to staff projects appropriately
: Coordinate internal project resources, including writers, instructional designers, programmers,
graphic designers, QA editors and others as needed
: Coordinate and manage freelance resources, including completion of appropriate paperwork
(contracts, etc.), and scheduling
: Communicate project status on a weekly basis with the Axiom Team Leader
: Collaborate with other client service staff for staffing and information sharing
: Ensure quality control review of all deliverables
: Lead client meetings and conference calls
: Prepare weekly client communication for assigned projects (status reports, project schedules)
: Contribute to the development of strong client relationships to facilitate repeat business with existing
clients
: Manage client expectations based on the project specifications
: Evaluate projects against Evidence-Based Training principles
: Attend client kick-off, MLR (Medical/Legal/Regulatory) review, and other client meetings as needed
: Prepare and submit deliverables for client review
: Coordinate and attend audio recording sessions or photo/video shoots
: Identify participating departments and develop project specifications, which outline relevant
information for project implementation. Gather background materials relevant to project
: Prepare client profile and assign project responsibilities
: Prepare client status reports
: Assist in preparing client presentations and prepare financial information to keep client apprised
: Schedule regular team meetings to review project status and communicate relevant information
S
ales support, including but limited to:

: Assist in the creation of proposals and sales presentation materials
: Participate in sales calls

Core Experience and Skills:

: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum 3 - 5 years relevant work experience in managing
projects and client communications
: Ability to successfully manage projects in a variety of training formats, including eLearning, audio,
video, print manuals, slides, and workshops
: Working knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning practices (Evidence-Based
Training)
: Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, including structure of sales forces, basic selling skills and sales
terminology
: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
: Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, work to and within deadlines and to juggle multiple
projects
: Strong financial, administrative and organization skills, including ability to multi-task
: Strong client communication skills - ability to speak and interact with clients
: Advanced computer skills, knowledge of Internet searches and Microsoft Windows software
including; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
: Knowledge and use of Microsoft Project software
: Ability to pack and lift up to 15 lb. boxes or objects
: Travel as needed
