The E-Mail Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing turnkey e-marketing campaigns designed to generate leads, build brand awareness, and ultimately drive e-commerce sales on behalf of RealMatch affiliate partners. The E-Mail Marketing Manager will utilize a mix of mass email, drip marketing, triggered email campaigns, content marketing, retargeting, SEM/SEO, and display advertising to drive channel revenue.?In addition, measuring, optimizing, testing, and reporting on the results of the programs/campaigns will be critical. The E-Mail Marketing Manager will work closely with the RealMatch marketing team, RealMatch Affiliate Account Managers, and RealMatch affiliate partners to create e-marketing programs and KPIs specific to each affiliate's market. Responsibilities include: Developing, implementing, and overseeing execution of effective email marketing strategies for both mass mail and transactional email campaigns on behalf of our affiliate partners Working closely with affiliate partners to develop special offers/calls-to-action and dynamic content to improve email communication, click through rates, and conversionsManaging, tracking, and optimizing campaigns and increase conversion rates (sales) through A/B testing, customer segmentation, life cycle management, personalization, creative, and dynamic content managementMonitoring deliverability and implement strategies to improve deliverability ratesServing as an expert in understanding the capabilities and functionality of the email platform and ensure that the functionality of the email system is being fully www.****.com creative briefs for new programs to provide direction for copy and design teams as neededMaintaining timely reporting, analysis and documentation of all email campaigns??Automating processes to maintain and replicate an efficient and scalable e-marketing program for affiliates Requirements 3 years direct e-mail marketing experience including email tactics development, campaign execution, A/B testing, campaign performance analysis and channel reportingExtensive ?knowledge of one or more enterprise ESP platforms (StrongMail, Exact Target, Cheetah Mail, Epsilon) to create, send, and track mass email and triggered email campaigns and manage deliverability Experience using automated marketing/lead management systems (Eloqua, Acton, Marketo) and channel marketing experience a plusStrong grasp of best practices related to e-commerceOrganized, detail oriented and strong at attacking challenges Ability to establish and manage priorities and drive projects to completion Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without formal authority Ability to communicate ideas and collaborate to execute and problem solve Excellent written and oral communications skills Proven excellence in managing multiple projects and deadlines Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detailSkilled at working with cross functional teams Category: Marketing, Advertising & Business Dev., Keywords: Full Time
