Responsible for E-strategies that will keep the credit union at the fore-front of emerging technology trends.
Managing and directing the support of the Company’s selected core and document platforms.
Ensures system availability, usability and utilization.
Manages reporting and develops policies and procedures in regards to security, employee access and
general development.
Supports team members and ensures that established deadlines are met.
Assists in budget development for support of the core and document applications.
Keeps management well informed of area activities.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of database logic.
Knowledge of data processing and capabilities.
Knowledge of electronic document management systems.
Knowledge of core banking applications.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: T wo or more years of related experience in relational databases and document management systems administration.

Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Strong problem solving abilities.
Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to operate all related computer hardware and software.
