Scope of Work : Individual will support the customer ticketing process Qualifications: · The candidate should be able to demonstrate knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, ISP’s, router configuration · Customer Service Training, and/or equivalent work experience. · Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other general applications. · Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. · Proven track record of meeting objectives. · Minimum 2 years experience in wireless network technologies and environments. · Ability to work flexible shifts during non-business hours. Core Competencies: · Demonstrates exceptional capacity for taking ownership of issues through to resolution. · Takes a logical and orderly approach to analyzing problems, organizing work and planning actions. · Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. · Ability to span departments to assist in resolving network event outages. · Searches and implements creative solutions, going beyond the traditional and accepted. · Ability to multi-task, meet objectives and solve issues in stressful situations. · Ability to work with people from various backgrounds. · Identify internal and external customers and meet or exceed their expectations in an efficient way.
