EMR Application Administrator/Clinical Support (Training) needed for our Electric Medical Records Department. Must have a high level of knowledge of computer software logic.

Bachelor's Degree + 2 years of related experience. Must exhibit excellent communication skills and work well in a team environment. This individual must be able to accept authority, be flexible and supportive. Must have good customer service skills and should exhibit a high level of commitment to all practices and staff.

Under the direct supervisor of the EMR Program Director, this individual is responsible for development and configuration of the electronic medical record. Essential duties include: (1) System administration of clinical application and surround solutions (2) Extensive understanding of the current application software (3) Configure application modules as appropriate to practice workflows (4) Provide communication regarding application updates and newly configured modules (5) Proactively self-educate in reference to new application features and functionality (5) Point of contact for issues related to the following electronic medical record modules: TWAdmin, Orders, Tasking, Preferences, User Setup.
