Scope of Work : CONTRACTUAL BACKGROUND A decision has been made by the customer project sponsor to execute the project as a customer project. This assignment concerns Customer Project Management related to the execution of the contract. Services will be provided by Ericsson to AT&T in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions of the Master Sales Agreement and under the Supplement contract. CORE 3 ORGANIZATION ACR – Project Sponsor 1. Manages strategically important project interfaces 2. Makes business decisions in the project 3. Manages the project’s business opportunities 4. Takes an active part in the definition of the project strategy and goal CFR – Program Manager 1. Takes an active part in the definition of the project strategy and goal 2. Manages the project scope and project procurement 3. Communicates the decisions of the project steering group, adheres to them and makes sure they are implemented. 4. Takes an active part in project planning 5. Coaches and supports project managers 6. Supports the project sponsors 7. Supports the resource owners and provides medium to long-term forecasting. CSR – Solution Responsible 1. Supports the customer with technical information about system functionality, specifications and civils requirements. 2. Actively supports the customer project manager in internal and customer meetings/technical discussions. 3. Takes an active part in the definition of the project strategy and goal. AT&T ORGANIZATION AT&T has two organizations that will be involved in this project. The C&E organization is responsible for all site build; and covers the management and coordination of all contract work from site acquisition through construction and all the way to EF&I and site launch. The other organization is Network Planning which covers the RF design and network planning of the project THE ASSIGNMENT AT&T has handed over 21 construction projects from Bechtel to Ericsson. These are LTE temp to Optimal solution type projects. All sites reside in mostly Orange County. A Project Manager is required in Western Pennsylvania to drive the AT&T Site Acquisition program supporting the Civils program. TASKS APPLICABLE FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT 1. Verify PO and review/revise Budget in MUS. Calculate Planned Costs and update the various Billing Milestone Dates in MUS Update preliminary resource allocations done during Proposal Preparation and Negotiation Support, and make final reservation of project resources for contract execution. 2. Revise cost estimate for project execution and Customer Project Management created during Proposal Preparation and Negotiation Support. 3. Act as receiver in Contract Handshake or Early Start handover. 4. From Contract Handshake or Early Start handover, bring the customer project into execution. 5. Manage the project from Start to End in accordance with Contract Handshake or Early Start handover, aligned with Customer contract 6. Work with AT&T to develop a project delivery plan 7. Provide timely status reports to all stakeholders involved with this project as well escalate issues relating to the project and the solution. 8. Review of contract, BCR and Drivers. Complete Project specification and complete TG2 prior to project execution. EXPECTED OUTCOME OF THE ASSIGNMENT The expected outcome of this role will be successful execution (on time, with quality and on budget) of the flow business work resulting in increased orders from AT&T. Clear aim of the project is to be awarded a Turf footprint in the Los Angeles market. ASSIGNMENT ORGANIZATION, REPORTING AND HANDOVER 1. Assignment is performed within the framework of Core Three, and corresponding ways of working. Outcome in any stage of the assignment is reported to Contract Fulfillment Responsible (CFR). 2. Weekly reporting to the customer and Program Management, as per agreed communication plan with the CFR and AT&T. 3. Support Functions (NORAD, CASPR, SRM, Logistics) to be shared with NorCal. 4. Once assignment is completed the project will be handed over to the customer, AT&T.
