Assisting with the planning, implementation and execution of Department of Defense procurements. Provide support in development of requirement statements including Initial Capabilities Documents, Analysis of Alternatives and Capabilities Based Assessments. Analyze impact of proposed Key Performance Parameters and assist program management and engineering with assessment of impacts to program cost, schedule and technical risk.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Independently prepare (or direct others in the preparation of) criteria, computation/analyses, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports in the specific area of technical expertise. Develop and apply engineering techniques and procedures to analyze and evaluate specific problem, data, or other features of the work which are broad in scope and complexity. Review, evaluate, and report the quantity, quality, and overall adequacy of results and conclusions drawn from accomplishment of engineering tasks. Recommend corrective actions or alternative approaches to meeting requirements.
Bachelors in Management, Math, Operations, Business, Sciences or Engineering + 2 years experience
Active security clearance at the appropriate level is required
Masters in Discipline related area
MAJCOM and/or JCIDS experience
Working knowledge of System Architect or similar systems
Working knowledge of DODAF, UML and similar modeling tools
