The candidate will be a member of the JPMC's Mortgage Banking (MB) Operational Data Store(ODS) Application Development team. The MB-ODS team is a newly created organization to deliver and support Mortgage Banking, Origination, Servicing, Default, Collections and Capital Markets operational systems. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of design, development, deployment and support of MB-ODS applications.
Lead the design, development and support of development activities across multiple applications, adhering to DI framework and SDLC standards
Achieve deliverables according to agreed to terms for scope, cost, quality and schedule
Insure projects are successfully completed according to agreed to terms for scope, cost, quality and schedule
Collaborate with architects, business analyst, quality assurance and production support
Develop and maintain best practices for application development
Insure SDLC adheres to the organizations governance policies
Coordinate resources across one or more projects and multiple timezones
Manages technical status, issues, risk, and adjusts priorities as necessary
Performs team assessments and evaluations.
Bachelors or Master degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10+ years of IT based software development experience
A minimum of 5 years of data integration experience utilizing DB2 and Informatica.
A minimum of 3 years of experience developing Informatica real time messaging in support of mission critical applications.
A minimum of 5 years of experience leading development teams in a large organization
Full life cycle of project development from requirements through support and change management.
Excellent verbal and written communications with the ability to influence others
DI architecture and data modeling experience
Leading multi-site, on and offshore teams
Resolving conflict and negotiating effectively and tactfully
Inspiring and motivating teams and individuals
Active participant in the growth of the organization; Being a Change Agent
