Duties & Responsibilities: Interviews and investigates applicants and recipients to determine eligibility for use of social programs and agency resources. May serve as lead worker.
***Position will be located inside the Medical Center of Central Georgia***
Minimum Training & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related area AND One year of experience at the lower level (Economic Support Specialist, Working Level) OR Three years of experience at the lower level.
Agency Specific Qualifications and/or Preferred Qualifications: Prefer previous DFCS customer service experience.
