We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer or Senior Designer for our Houston Texas branch office . This individual will provide electrical design support services on a variety of building projects. Specific position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Technical design on assigned projects
  • Assist in the production of construction documents (drawings and specifications) for new buildings, and for renovations and additions to existing facilities
  • Create and maintain project schedules
  • Provide coordination of project designs with other disciplines
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships
Position Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have a degree in Architectural or Electrical Engineering and at least 1 year of experience in electrical/power/lighting design in the MEP market (related internship experience is acceptable). In absence of a degree, some college coursework and commensurate professional design experience is acceptable. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate success in the following skills and abilities:

  • Related experience in the design of retail and commercial building electrical systems
  • Knowledge of building electrical and energy codes
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in the use of AutoCAD and engineering modeling tools
  • Ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design
