Provide Electrical/Electronic Parts, Materials and Processes engineering support to Puget Sound programs. The successful candidate will provide input into the control of Electrical/Electronic Parts, Materials and Processes (PM&P) used in the design, fabrication and production of electrical/electronic boxes, assemblies and interconnect systems. Support the development and implementation of top-level program EE Parts and M&P control plans/schedules and review and approve plans from subcontractors and suppliers. Select EE PM&P and review part/material usage within engineering documents and drawings and evaluate against contractual requirements. Support the reduction of hazardous materials while maintaining product reliability. This position requires excellent written and verbal communications skills, and project management skills. The candidate must have the ability to work cross-organizational problems and develop partnering relationships with materiel, manufacturing, design, subcontractor, program office and customer personnel.

Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Level 4 - Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
