The Product Line Leader – Electronics / Lungmen will be responsible for the operating performance supporting NPP as it relates to TPC- Lungmen constructional spares. The role includes product solution development, orders management and establishing tactical execution plans to drive growth focused on product quality, sales, margins, and on-time delivery.
In addition, you will:
Own cost center / operational responsibility for the high growth product line segment
Be responsible for the financial & operating performance of overall growth of the Electronics / Lungmen Product Line segment
Lead a team of project managers that support this specific customer; Lungmen segment
Be responsible for quotations, pricing, resource management, supply chain management and internal relationship / communication with NPP who will be internal customer for this product line
Promote and comply with all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Compliance, and Quality regulations
Be responsible for the metrics for the Product Line Leader – Electronics / Lungmen are similar to those for the Manager Parts Solutions (these include orders, sales, CM, ITO / OTR cycle times, Escaping defects, Cost of Quality)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or in a related discipline (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience)
Minimum of 5 years of product line and/or business management experience in a technical or service oriented field

Black Belt or Green Belt Six Sigma Certified (GE employees only)
Strong knowledge and/or experience of ITO / OTR processes or equivalent type of project management responsibilities
Proven leadership capabilities with ability to motivate and influence others, drive change and achieve results
Demonstrated communication and computer skills
Previous experience in parts supply chain
Demonstrated experience interfacing with various functions, i.e. Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, within an organization
Strong Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) knowledge
Broad knowledge of nuclear product and services offerings
Strong finance / operations background
