We are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology (EPS) Specialist to serve as an integral part of our cardiovascular program, ranked #7 in the nation by U.S.News & World Report. In this role, you will assist with the set-up, operation and troubleshooting of a variety of state-of-the-art systems in the clinical cardiac electrophysiology laboratory. These systems include the Electrophysiologic stimulator, recording system (GE/Pruka), various ablation system (EPT/Webster/Medtronic), 3D electroanatomic mapping system (i.e. CARTO, ESI), intracranial echocardiography, and excimer laser system.
You will also assist with patient preparation and scrub in with our world-renowned, high profile EPS physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures. To qualify, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or bioengineering (master's preferred), along with a strong background in clinical cardiac electrophysiology. Preferred candidates will have experience as a dedicated EPS laboratory engineer, including familiarity with invasive and non-invasive testing as well as cardiopulmonary exercise analysis.
