Project HOPE is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager for an anticipated Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) technical assistance project in the areas of education, health and community development. •Provide financial, administrative and operation leadership and management.
•Work closely with MCC and Project HOPE to ensure project timeliness and deliverables are being achieved.
•Coordinate the completion of all project requirements and all activities.
•Communicate effectively with all MCC and Project HOPE personnel.
•Advanced degree a health related field.
•Minimum of ten years of experience working in developing countries.
•Minimum of ten years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating institutional and human capacity.
•Minimum of ten years of experience in designing, implementing and evaluating health and education programs in developing countries.
•Minimum of ten years of experience with health programs in developing countries, including costs, financing, and sustainability of health services, as well as the causal logic and channels by which health programs create additional value added and contribute to poverty reduction.
