Human Resources partners with management to attract, develop, engage and retain highly qualified people globally to meet the business’ needs. HR is responsible for designing and implementing the company’s talent management tools and processes, and for delivering consultative services to management in support of talent decisions. Working in the Global Talent Acquisition group, the HR Global Mobility Representative will assist with day-to-day immigration and relocation activities and specific special projects supporting the company’s need to be in legal compliance and to hire and maintain foreign national talent.
Support the company’s green card program recruitment requirements: Work with Global Mobility Manager, Outside Counsel, Managers and Employees on the preparation and filing of green card petitions
Conduct immigration screenings and advice management on appropriate visa type sponsorship
Review and Re-verify I-9 Forms: Review New Hires’ I-9 Forms on a weekly basis, Re-verify I-9 forms, entering data into HRIS, confirm that I-9s are current by checking the monthly I-9 report.
Maintain F-1 International Student Visa Report and Update as needed
Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding immigration and relocation activities
Filing immigration and relocation documentation and maintain HRIS date entry for non-immigrants
Maintain public access files and legally required posting notices
Initiate Immigration and Relocation cases utilizing vendor’s online system
Assist with other miscellaneous tasks as indicated by global mobility management
Computer Skills: excel and powerpoint
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 1 years of experience. OR Master's Level Degree
