The Sales Representative will focus on developing new customers for our utility based direct install lighting programs through prospecting, cold calling and effective follow-up skills.

- Make telemarketing cold calls on potential customers
- Research and develop lists of potential customers
- Follow-up on sales leads
- Follow up on existing Small Business Direct Install Proposals.
- Close sales in a professional and effective manner
- Meet established sales quotas, revenue, and lead generation goals
- Develop and regularly update promotional materials to target identified customers
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience as a Telemarketer or Sales Representative is preferred
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook is required
