The Customer Project/Program Manager V will hold responsibility for managing customer project delivery including managing and overseeing Information Management &Analytics (IM&A) consultants for accounts ranging from $5 - $20M in an ongoing billable role. This role manages and has P&L, customer satisfaction and delivery execution responsibility for both project and application outsourcing engagements.

Incumbents in this role will:
Demonstrate proven ability to successfully lead business development including identifying and developing new opportunities on current projects, supporting pre-sales solutioning efforts for existing client opportunities or new client logo pursuits, and the qualification and opportunity assessment for large, moderately complex and complex opportunities. Act as opportunity manager for medium to high risk deals with major impact on HP with experience in contract management for all Delivery aspects of client engagements.

Manage client mid to senior executive relationships including frequently representing the organization to external customers/clients.

Demonstrate track record of managing internal as well as external resources with team sizes between 50 - 200 consultants

including onsite, near-shore and offshore engagement models. I

ncludes mentoring and encouraging skill development of project team members, managing and mentoring new college hires as part of the development factory team, functioning as a role model and support for individual development. This role provides performance review input and indication of areas of development for team members.

Manage complex multifunction and/ or global client delivery relationships with "C" (senior and executive) level clients. Communicates the direct value HP IM&A capabilities provide to our business partners and customers.


Education and Experience Required:
BA/BS, advanced degree preferred.

10 years experience in project management or similar role.

Must have a proven track record of successfully delivering in this type of role.

Must have a deep understanding of the factory / development center model and proven experience providing low cost Delivery models for clients.

Proven ability to provide Delivery solutions for clients who have privacy/security concerns with sending data offshore but need a low-cost development alternative based in the US.

Experienced mentoring and managing Delivery teams in either an onsite, nearshore or offshore engagement model

Successfully managing Delivery engagements ranging from $5M - $20M

Profit and Loss responsibility for a program or account.

Proven ability that demonstrates YOY account revenue growth

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key HP Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.

Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified preferred.

SEI CMMi Level 5
