The Engagement Specialists are responsible for delivering outbound/inbound, member outreach and engagement calls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide exceptional customer service and engagement via telephone, ensures customer satisfaction by providing quality service, identifying customer needs and assisting them with issues/concerns related to health care issues assessed through outreach programs. Research, identify and problem solve, verify eligibility of service and place call backs as required
Bilingual is preferred, but not required. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. One, (1) Year of Call Center Experience required, Medical/Clinical Experience Preferred. Basic PC and keyboard skills required. Ability to handle multiple line phone systems. Must be flexible-- looking for Full- time & Part-time candidates, day, evening, shifts with some weekend(Saturday) shifts required. Depending on the program, shifts will be1p-9pm or even Part time nights, 5pm-9pm. We also have daytme Contract positions from September through end of 2013. These shifts are M-F, and times vary from 8a-5p. Contract positions could possibly lead to a more permanent position.
