Our Richardson-based Oil and Natural Gas group is currently searching for an experienced Engineer/Project Manager in Crude Oil Gathering/Transmission Pipelines to support the development of commercial and operations projects as well as the resolution of in-service pipeline related issues. A qualified candidate will have relevant experience in overall management, administrative and technical expertise and support on multiple large pipeline and trucking terminal projects, and will be responsible for overall project performance including safety, project controls, purchasing, quality, client relations and project status.
Qualified candidates will be knowledgeable and have experience with oil and natural gas liquids handling, separation, tankage, trucking terminal and gathering/transmission pipelines, oil engineering fundamentals (pumps and measurement a plus), facility layouts, basic designs and construction management experience. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for project scoping and cost estimating, lead the investigation and resolution of systemic pipeline issues, oil gathering pipeline routing, design, construction, ROW acquisition and permitting with an emphasis in an urban environment. A Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum or Civil Engineering along with a P.E. license is preferred.
