Application Delivery Services Group (ADS)

provides both enterprise-wide functions as well as services across the Corporate Technology (CT) organization - including Application Development Standards & Services; Enterprise Tools & Portfolio Management; Business Management Office; and Technology Training.

As a

Engineering Director

, you will be an experienced leader who manages a team comprised of IT managers within Performance Engineering family, manages a large team and advanced budgets, as well as being a leader of organizational, operational and/or technological change and responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. Define and improve non-functional testing processes towards recognized industry standards. Bridge the gap between the current and desired quality levels by balancing short-term needs with long-term perspectives of success.

You will drive non-functional testing process re-engineering, define and execute maturity roadmap, develop and maintain performance engineering standards and processes and manage process improvement activities. Create common business specific non-functional testing measurement frameworks and track improvement against these metrics. Manage non-functional testing demand across line of business across Corp Technology. Responsible for communication at C-Level.


  • Minimum 10-15+ years of IT experience in progressive roles
  • 10 years of Performance Engineering with Load Runner
  • Expertise in performance engineering practices and processes with demonstrated in field experience
  • 5 or more years of proven, strong and recent experience with non-functional testing and/or performance engineering
  • Expert knowledge of non-functional testing methodology, automated test/load tools (e.g. HP LoadRunner)
  • Resource Management
  • Technological, Organizational and/or Operational change management
  • Portfolio management
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Negotiation
  • Budget/Financial Management including Business Case completion
  • Deep understanding of software development process
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and web technology
