Maintain the office for the Facilities deparment within the hotel.
Support the Director of Facilities and the rest of the team.
Manage and maintain our preventive maintenance database (called HotSOS).
Enter work orders and follow up in a timely manner.
Other administration duties. Requirements
Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Requires strong organizational skills.
Excellent people skills.
Must meet grooming standards.

Computer experience required.
