Monday through Friday - 3rd shift position. Approximate hours will be 11:30 pm - 8:00 am.(will train on day shift or second shift for approximately 12 months).
The FIB Technician is responsible for performing FIB (Focused Ion Beam) for failure analysis and wafer process and for circuit editing to support Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit (RFIC) design engineering. Additional support may include mechanical cross section, de-capsulation, C-SAM, and and Infrared (IR) Thermal Scan.*LI-LK1
Associates degree in Engineering or Science discipline or equivalent experience and training.
Formal training with a main focus on electronics and/or engineering disciplines.
Minimum 2 years related experience. FIB experience preferred.
Candidates must be able to read and understand circuit schematics/layouts.
Understanding of semiconductor process.
Working knowledge of advanced electronics and silicon process preferred.
Possess excellent skills in problem solving and teamwork and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capable of taking direction from multiple individuals and managing priorities to accomplish tasks successfully.
Must be proficient in MS Office applications and be able to use Cadence software.
