Job Description

Enovia Project Manager/Business Analyst

Location: Los Angeles

Duration: 1 year

Duties:
Implement, Production Support and support Enhancements of PLM application (Enovia V6) includes:
(a) manage implementation of the solution that is in 'build phase' solution.
(b) provide production support of solution to the business, monitor the system to meet business SLA's
(c) gather / coordinate business requirements for enhancements and problem fixes with PLM software developers.
(d) coordinate for software upgrades/changes.

Requirements:
Five (5) years experience with computer-related project management and business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and documentation, business user interactions, resource allocation and task scheduling,. Previous business application development with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software, Enovia V6 knowledge and experience managing 3D image (CATIA) assets are a must. Experience with ENOVIA V6 Library Central Tool Suite is a plus. Experience with standard development methodologies and tools required. Formal training and/or certification in project management desireable Occasional domestic travel will required.

Skills:
Must have experience with Dassault Systems' ENOVIA V6. Must have excellent communication and relationship building skills. Project planning, estimation, and project management (MS Project and other PM tools) Effective listening, requirements gathering, prioritization, consensus building and analysis skills Ability to exercise independent judgment, work on multiple initiatives, and manage time effectively Ability to facilitate diverse groups and multiple staff levels Results oriented with a strong passion for technical and service excellence Critical thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution

Project Management Responsibilities:
Manage the team to deliver project deliverables on time per an approved schedule and budget Coordinate with multiple business and technical teams in multiple locations within the overall program Communicate project status Present to all levels of management effectively Facilitate requirements gathering Manage vendor or tool selection Manage change requests Manage risks Use and support best practices and standards Manage escalations to resolve conflicts and enforce decisions Understand business requirements and objectives Create and manage the overall project plan.

Business Analysis Responsibilities:
Business process definition, analysis and redesign. Business and functional requirements gathering, documentation, design, and management using various techniques, including: requirement workshops, JAD Sessions, interviews, document analysis and visualizations. Business analysis deliverables, including: business process / task / workflow descriptions, business process models, use cases, use case diagrams, scenarios, business rules, reports design, and user interface visualizations. Supporting users during rollout phase. Overseeing the definition and writing of testing strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Coordinate and participate testing activities. Analyze test progress, including defect metrics. Estimating resource and work effort for project phases. Project management, application development, and testing methodologies.
