General Description/Primary Purpose
To assist the Enrollment Management Division in identifying, enrolling, and retaining motivated and qualified students who are committed to leadership, the liberal arts and a desire to develop as a whole person and to assist them in seeking resources to achieve their educational goals. Is energetic and demonstrates initiative, creativity, a sense of humor, the ability to work well independently and in a team, and manages multiple responsibilities concurrently.
Description of Duties and Tasks
Plan and execute 8-10 weeks of recruitment travel including college fairs, private high school visits, and career and information fairs.
Act as spokesperson for the University at all times.
Manage special projects and/or on-going activities as assigned by any Division Director, Associate or Assistant Director.
Understand and articulate the intricacies of financial aid.
Conduct interviews and/or presentations to prospective students, parents, and group visitors.
Respond with “sense of urgency” to all questions and/or concerns.
Foster and maintain a positive atmosphere to ensure all interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
Proficient in all enrollment management standard procedures as well as maintaining knowledge of current trends.
Partner with Director of Student Success and Retention and Director of Admissions to increase retention rates and new student enrollment.
Assist with periodic review and development of division policies and procedures.
Demonstrate an advanced work ethic with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
Serve on University and Division committees as appropriate.

Bachelor's Degree Required
