Delaware County Community College, invites applications for a part-time evening Enrollment Services Associate at our Marple campus.
The Enrollment Services Associate will be the initial point of contact for the Admissions Office in the evening; answers the main Admissions phone lines, greets students and visitors, responds to e-mails. Assists prospective students and applicants with the entry process and provides general information about the College.
Primary responsibilities includes but are not limited to g reeting visitors and students in a friendly and professional manner; answers telephone inquiries pertaining to admissions and refers other calls to appropriate personnel, returns voice mail messages; provides administrative assistance to the Admissions Office in the evening; responds to Admissions Office e-mails; schedules appointments for assistant directors through proxy access in GroupWise; schedules Nursing and Respiratory Therapy applicants for admission testing through SARS software; schedules applicants for college planning; distributes and receives paperwork for special admission programs (Nursing, Surgical Technology and Respiratory Therapy, International students); provides general information to applicants regarding the process; takes reservations for campus recruitment events via phone and e-mail and provides more detailed information about the events; assists prospective students with completing the admissions and financial aid applications; mails information packets to prospects and enters contact information into Banner recruit database; provides general information to prospective students, parents and other interested parties concerning the programs, services and procedures at the College; provides assistance with typing and mailing projects for the Admissions Office; provides assistance to students with the entry process including web registration course availability search, and accessing delaGate; provides information regarding general student billing, financial aid and community education opportunities; performs other duties as assigned.
