Title: Enterprise LMS (Learning Management System) Administrator- Administrator II -0090
The LMS Administrator is the co-lead and organizational support resource for the University of Oklahoma's enterprise learning management system (LMS). This person helps implement the LMS and coordinates the ongoing administration and management of the LMS for all three university campuses. This individual also provides training for LMS users and guidelines for LMS use and content creation. Good writing, problem solving, and communication skills are required. This person should enjoy working in a team environment.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Skills / Experience
Information Technology and web literate with experience in curriculum development, instructional design and development of online learning materials.
Experience with e-learning concepts, tools, and development platforms (i.e. HTML, Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.)
Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Enjoys working and learning in a team.
Experience with system administration and troubleshooting.
Experience publishing courseware using e-learning standards (SCORM).
Experience in the transfer of knowledge: training and conveying complex concepts.
Experience in design and development of training for delivery in-person and online.
Preferred Skills / Experience
Experience maintaining a learning management system.
Experience working with ERP solutions such as PeopleSoft and Banner.
Project management skills.
Experience organizing and leading presentation
