Performs entry level front desk responsibilities for campgrounds, tent facilities, trailer parks, or guest services front desk. Responsible for greeting guests, processing check ins and outs, providing directions and maps, maintaining guest and group accounts, and coordinating incoming telephone service and fax correspondence. Responsible for cleanliness of guest reception and surrounding public areas.
Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Must have a warm and friendly attitude.
Responsible for timely action taken on guest transactions, messages and requests.
Responsible for communication throughout Lodging and Housekeeping.
Responsible for accurate transactions at front desk.
Will maintain the cleanliness and organization of front desk, lobby, fireplace, and immediate area.
Responsible for the upkeep of the units in our inventory by reporting problems immediately, as well as setting the example to others by respecting the properties.
Will assist in keeping supplies stocked and readily available are also part of the duties.
Responsible for keeping the data in the Lodging Management System up to date and accurate.
Responsible for printing reports for the Lodging department.
Performs other duties as assigned.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Able to lift 25lbs or more.
