This position will provide administrative assistance to the Loan Servicing Department..
Maintain both digital and hard copy files for Loan Servicing Department.
Prepare documents for document management imaging system.
Detailed data entry for Loan Servicing management system.
Initiate customer calls to collect routine financial and proerty information required under the loan documents throughout the year and accept customer calls on loan account questions.
Track and prepare real estate property tax reports.
Prepare outgoing mail, overnight deliveries, etc.
Special projects and other administrative duties, as assigned.
Excellent communication, organizational, grammatical, and time-management skills.
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work requests in an extremely fast paced environment.
Ability to work independently with a team player attitude.
Must be a self-starter with a proactive approach.
High School Diploma required.
Bachelors degree a plus.
Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (office 2010 version)
Office environment - work with computers, fax machines, copiers and scanners
