This is an entry-level recruiting position that is responsible for high-volume, multiple regional field openings. Must be able to plan and implement creative and cost-effective strategies to ensure staffing needs are fulfilled quickly and with minimal disruption to the business. Must exhibit strong organizational and problem solving skills, and deliver a world-class experience to each potential candidate and hiring manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Develop and administer an effective recruitment program, which will include conducting recruitment efforts for all field positions including placing advertisements; reviewing and pre-screening applications to match experience with specific job related requirements.

Posting and approval of requisitions in Taleo.

Effectively manage and prioritize multiple requisitions based on business needs.

Prepare candidates for site interview and coordinate all communication between candidates and hiring managers including logistics.

Coordinate job offers including offer letters (if applicable), background checks, drug testing and start dates.

Maintain organized, accurate documentation on all candidates, searches and hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities for FCC compliance.

Sourcing both passive and active candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, internet searches, job fairs, technical schools, etc.

Track and achieve individual recruitment goals. Participate in regional calls and team meetings.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1 year of experience in talent acquisition preferred

Strong listening skills to ensure understanding of information provided in the pre-screening process

Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at one time

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs

Be detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through skills

Must possess high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field with no equivalent accepted

Two to four years of recruiting experience required with a minimum of one year high-volume recruiting experience

Past experience with an Applicant Tracking System; Taleo preferred

Proficient in the use of personal computers, internet and Microsoft Office suite of software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (or related e-mail system)

Strong presentation/facilitation, organizational analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills

Must have the potential and desire to grow within the organization

Travel will be required to attend site visits or work-related meetings
