DUTIES

The Environmental Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Guest Services Manager in the supervision and administrative duties for the Housekeeping/Fabric Care/RSA/Carpet Care areas of the facility. This person must be able to step into any of the Guest Services roles when staff shortages occur. The Environmental Services Coordinator directs daily work assignments, trains new employees and assists with completion of department standards and documentation. This position assists in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and orderly environment for all residents, visitors and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires previous supervisory experience and working knowledge of Housekeeping/Fabric Care/RSA and Carpet Care functions. Must have ability to manage a diverse employee population with diplomacy. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and with changing priorities. Must be able to perform physical job demands of the position.
