The Bridges Developer/Interface Analyst is expected to:
Define specifications for interfaces and/or conversions between external systems and Epic.
Work closely with other Interface/Conversion analysts to understand previously developed specifications.
Assist in build of Bridges Development Environment/Bridges Designs, as required.
Build Interfaces/Conversions using Bridges and other tools as needed (i.e., SQL Server, Visual Studio)
Participate in Unit Testing, Functional Testing, Integrated Testing, Conversion Testing, as required.
Participate in cutover/conversion planning.
Review the progress of interface/conversion development on an ongoing basis with Integration Manager.
MUST be certified in Epic Bridges with 5 years' experience implementing HL7 interfaces.
