Major Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the Sales and Technical Support in Europe
Maintain and develop existing Service & Distribution Network
Warranty analysis and handling
Provide latest product and service information, resolution and trouble shooting.
Collect customer information and analyze customer needs.
Act as liaison between customers and company providing feedback to Sales, Service &
Follow-up complaint resolution to ensure proper and satisfactory closing
Provides sales and product training to customers in Europe
Assure continuity of sales, applications and service activities with the customers
Education and Experience
Technical background through education (bachelor degree) or relevant experience
Good presentation and communication skills
Customer service oriented and pro-active person
Dynamic, flexible and creative can do' attitude
Good team spirit but also self-organized
Prepared to make regular travels to customers in Europe or the factory in the USA as
Fluent in English (mandatory), very good level of French, German, any other language is an
