Maintain and develop customer relationships for the purpose of providing great customer service through the communication and coordination of customer related issues using interdepartmental support functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Responsible for the Sales and Technical Support in Europe
•Maintain and develop existing Service & Distribution Network
•Warranty analysis and handling
•Provide latest product and service information, resolution and trouble shooting.
•Collect customer information and analyze customer needs.
•Act as liaison between customers and company providing feedback to Sales, Service & Quality Departments.
•Follow-up complaint resolution to ensure proper and satisfactory closing
•Provides sales and product training to customers in Europe
•Assure continuity of sales, applications and service activities with the customers

Education And/Or Experience
•Technical background through education (bachelor degree) or relevant experience
•Good presentation and communication skills
•Customer service oriented and pro-active person
•Dynamic, flexible and creative “can do” attitude
•Good team spirit but also self-organized
•Prepared to make regular travels to customers in Europe or the factory in the USA as required
•Fluent in English (mandatory), very good level of French, German, any other language is an asset.
